What we did:
This project comprised the construction of a residential development consisting of thirty six, two, three and four bedroom residential properties. The new build development consisted of nine different house and apartment styles.

- Finished the incomplete drainage, groundworks, gardens, road infrastructure and parking bays.

Community benefits from the building:
- The project involved completing a partially built housing development for a new developer following the collapse of the initial contract.
- To ensure the original specialist sub-contractors enjoyed continued employment and financial security, we re-appointed most of them.
