We support the local economy

Through our work with our suppliers and contractors, we provide sustainable local employment and training opportunities. When we provide training for our team, where relevant, we invite our local suppliers and contractors to join us. This is a practical way we can support the local economy and helps us build skills, knowledge and best practice across our supply chain.

We meet 100% of our fair payment targets and, on average, spend 83% of every project’s budget in Wales.”
