What we did:
This project included the remodelling and refurbishment of an existing building to provide a state of the art laboratory, secure external compound and office facilities to test fuels for the Petrochemical Industry in Pembrokeshire.

- Internal remodelling to create a mezzanine floor to house the office accommodation.
- Remodelling of main entrance.
- Creating new laboratory, soundproof room, fuel-testing bays and concrete stands for the testing equipment.
- Internal refurbishment, including mechanical, electrical, ventilation, resin flooring and decoration.
- Civil works including secure fencing, hard standing for deliveries and installing an interceptor to the drainage system to capture fuel spills and landscaping.

- The site is used to test petrochemical fuels, so health and safety is paramount

- LABC (Local Authority Building Control)
- 576.14 tonnes of waste diverted from landfill.

“We recently completed our first UK project in Pembrokeshire, West Wales (June 2019), building offices and a petroleum testing laboratory, requiring all kinds of M&E infrastructure to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
