Paul Roberts appointed to board of directors

We are pleased to announce that L&G have appointed Paul Roberts, Projects Director to its Board of Directors effective from the 21st October, 2024.

Paul joined the team at L&G as Associate Projects Director in 2023 as part of the company’s growth and development strategy. Paul has had an illustrious career spanning over 3 decades. He has brought a wealth of design, contract management and construction experience to the company from previous roles undertaken in both the public and private sector. His experience and vision will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen and develop the company.

Paul confirmed that he was excited to have joined the Board of Directors and being part of the bidding team that secured places on the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework 2024. The new framework will run up to 2027, with an option to extend for 1 year, with the company having been included on a number of the lots in both the East and West regions for contracts up to £15M in value. L&G have been a SWWRCF Contractor since 2012.

In addition we have been successful in securing places on a number of lots on the Carmarthenshire Property Framework 2024 which will also run for a period of 4 years.

The company’s inclusion on contractor frameworks reflects the commitment, expertise and hard work our talented management and operational teams have demonstrated in working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders across the projects that have been delivered as part of previous Framework agreements over the last 12 years. As a team we look forward to continuing to make a valued contribution to its ongoing success.

The team are looking forward to working with current and future clients in delivering further innovative, high quality residential, public and educational projects within the local communities where we live and work.
